The FFT Clinician will be trained and certified in the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model. Will provide short term FFT to at-risk youth and their families. Conducts family’s intake/assessment paperwork and conducts in-person and/or Telehealth services with families following the FFT model. Assess the client risk/protective domains with family members and aim services on helping family members improve communication, reducing acting out and behavior problems, and increasing family cohesion. Coordinates services with providers and may receive referrals for youth/families from Schools, Child Welfare facilities, Probation/Aftercare systems and Mental Health facilities. Participates in supervision, trainings, and professional development activities.
Functional Family Therapy (FFT) is a U.S. Surgeon General-recommended program for delinquent and at-risk youth. Treatment is short-term, reduces recidivism and involves family members in the treatment process.
Hours:
This position is Full Time. Flexible work schedule and primarily a Remote Position with travel into office a minimum of once a week.

Master’s Degree in counseling, psychology or a related field. Must have previous training and experience providing behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and their families. Clinical license required (LAC/LPC, LSW/LCSW).
